Should you NOT be completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever you may opt to return the products to us for a refund within 14 days of delivery/receipt. Goods returned must be within the original packaging and without any scratches or blemishes (‘as received’ condition).
- The date of delivery or receipt is the date upon which the goods are signed for via courier or collected via Postnet / Order collection.
- Refunds are valid for the product pricing only and exclude the initial delivery fees via Courier or Postnet etc.
- Refunds will be processed within 72 hours from the date of receipt by us which includes a 48 hour period for technical assessment.
- All refunds are via an EFT to your nominated bank account. (we cannot refund directly to your Credit Card or PayPal account)
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the Republic of South Africa.
For your convenience several delivery options are offered. Selecting the best option depends on where you reside (physical delivery address specified on your order):-
1) Metro areas: if you work/reside in a metro city or town, we recommend selecting ‘metro courier’ as both the fastest and most cost effective delivery option. This service is Door to Door courier, countrywide. Deliveries are Monday – Friday 08h00 – 17h00 (excluding public holidays). Due to the above work addresses are most commonly used.
2) Rural Areas: if you reside within a rural area, we recommend selecting ‘Postnet to Postnet’ as the most cost effective delivery option.
The majority of our products are dispatched via National Satchels Bags. Within 24hrs of order ‘payment received’ confirmation you will receive an automated email containing all relevant delivery details and tracking number.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from within Gauteng which has an average of 2-3 days delivery, while Cape Town is 4-5 days

What is your returns policy?
Should you wish to return any item after the 14 day money back guarantee but within the Warranty period. This may either a ‘Warranty replacement’ or ‘Warranty refund’. From your nearest Postnet branch country wide request the standard ‘Postnet to Postnet’ service and return goods to us as follows:-

Once received at the above branch, Postnet will inform us via an SMS that your parcel has arrived. We collect three times a week. Once received by us, your order status will be changed to ‘returned’.
Please note that parcels are collected on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Please insure that your correct contact details and order reference number are included within the return parcel.
- Return shipping costs are for the customers account. The preferred method of returning goods is via the ‘Postnet to Postnet’ service.
- If you have requested a replacement as opposed to a refund Return shipping costs for items which fall under the warranty period, are paid for by Henrac Technology.
- Items returned after the 14 day guarantee but within the Warranty period will attract a 10% handling fee.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
We offer a 6 Month Warranty on all our products. If you experience issues with your product, please contact us to see if we can help you fix the issue first before returning the product to us. Should we not be able to resolve the issue, we will exchange your product. This does not include any items that have water damage (Besides water proof products) or any other physical damage caused by the purchaser. .

If goods are not in original packaging and complete with all original components
If goods show signs of damage due to abusive usage
If goods show signs of physical alteration
If goods show signs of physical damage
If goods show signs of tampering
If signs of Power Spike damage
If signs of water damage (Besides on waterproof products)
I did not recieve an invoice after providing proof of an offline payment ?
Presently our web platform does not support sending an automated invoice for payments made ‘offline’ via a Internet Banking transfer or Bank Deposit. Invoices will be provided upon email request. Online purchases via FastPay receive an automated invoice sent to your email address specified.
Will I be charged for Taxes?
VAT (Value Added Tax) of 15% is included in all displayed pricing. When requesting an invoice please indicate if you would like the ‘VAT Included’ value to be displayed as our web platform does presently not support this function.
