- High-contrast display: features an LCD touchscreen (that is tempered glass) that displays the current room temperature, set point, humidity, and Wi-Fi status.
- Dual-sensor support: for underfloor heating, these units often support two sensors:
- Internal sensor: measures the ambient air temperature.
- External probe: a wired floor sensor that prevents the floor from exceeding safe temperatures (crucial for laminate or wood).
- Physical controls: Even when offline, the unit allows for manual temperature overrides and basic mode switching via touch buttons.
- Voice control: compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
