So easy to connect. Took out the old mechanical timer and put this one in. Took me lees than 5min and I could turn the pool pump on and off with my phone. Delivery in 2 business days!

The Tuya app could be a little more intuitive but otherwise it’s working well so far.

It works. and it does so quite well. My issue is just that it is 20A, and rated for a pool pump of 600w only. Make sure your pump does not exceed this. Or at least that is what the manual says. The 30A one says 800w, seems the same size so I’d recommend that one rather. The app works like any other app, you will get a couple of fails what for that you have notices, just manually switch them. I’ve not tinkered with the schedules much, you have to try different combinations, took me a week to figure out how to work Geyserwise, this switch should be a lot easier. So many factors – put it on only when the sun shines (because you have solar and excess power), later for Sundays, combine with other devices so one triggers the other.
